How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

What are the return conditions?

Items must be:

  • Unworn & unused
  • With tags & original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How do I start a return?

Email customer-support@beats-cali.com to get a RETURNS approval.


🚫Do not return anything before we respond — return addresses vary by fulfilment location. If approved, we’ll guide you step-by-step amongst others, with the appropriate/designated return address/fulfilment location.

Returns request are processed within 10 business days

What if my item is damaged or wrong?

🚫 What items can’t be returned?

No returns on:

  1. Sale items
  2. Gift cards
  3. Perishables, personal care, flammable or custom-made items
  4. Digitally downloaded items, as such; music et al.



Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return the item, then place a new order for the one you want.

What about EU cooling-off rights?

If you’re in the EU, you can cancel or return within 14 days, no reason needed. Standard return conditions still apply.


When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 business days. If it’s been more than 20 business days, please email us at;
